Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. We have aimed to keep this process as easy for our customers to follow as possible! You can even return items from multiple orders in a single group to keep all your returns together. 

Just select any of the items you want to send back to us along with the reason for return. Once you have selected all the items you want to return to us, go ahead and hit the green 'Submit Return' button to finalize your return along with any additional notes.

Can I get an exchange for the items in my order?

At this time, Pusheen Shop is only offering exchanges for different sizes or variants of the same product being returned. Items cannot be sent back to us to exchange for another product of an equal or lower value.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours. Refunds are usually processed within 1 to 7 business days, but please note that your credit/debit card provider may need some additional processing time. 

Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping a return back to us and these costs may be deducted from your refund. Any Return Label Fees may be refunded for damaged/defective items and incorrect items once your return has been successfully received and fully inspected.

Can I get my refund issued to a different credit card?

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to a different method than was originally used at checkout. For more information on refunds, please check our FAQ section for more details.

If for some reason, the original method of payment is no longer available or valid, we can offer to refund the amount in the form of a gift card for Pusheen Shop.

About returns

  • Items purchased in the last 30 days are eligible for returns
  • Items marked as 'FINAL SALE' on the product page are not eligible for returns
  • Pusheen Shop only accepts returns on unwashed clothing items with any tags or labels still attached. Returns sent in washed or worn conditions will not be accepted and may not be refunded
  • Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted and may not be refunded
  • We may contact you directly to verify damaged or defective products before proceeding

An item is missing from my order!

If you believe that an item is missing from your order, please check our FAQ for more information.

My email address isn't working!

Please be sure to enter the same email address used to place the original order when starting a return. If this email address is not valid, a different email address may have been used to place the order or there may have been a typo when you placed your order. You can also start a return by using your Order Number and the zip code of the shipping address. If you are still unable to start a return, please contact us for more help.

Am I able to get a replacement for a damaged or defective item?

If you require a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please leave a note on your returns form that you will require a replacement for the item you are sending back to us. Please note that if an item is sold out, we may not be able to send a replacement for it.

I need help returning an international order

While we do accept returns from international customers, our Returns Centers is only available for orders shipped to the United States at this time. If you are a customer outside of the US and need to start a return, you can contact us directly using our helpdesk. 

Can I return an order received as a gift?

Pusheen Shop accepts returns on gift orders. If you did not place the order, you may be able to start your return by providing the six-digit order number and shipping address zip code. If you are still unable to start your return, please feel free to contact us directly. Please note that any refunds for gift orders will be issued to the original method of payment and cannot be transferred.
